Before Shipment: If you selected the wrong model or style, you can request one free modification during our order processing period (please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order).

After Delivery (Customer Error): If you realize the mistake after receiving the item, you may return it to us for an exchange. You will be responsible for the return shipping fee, and we will resend the correct item to you.
